There will be a delivery charge if it is outside 15mile radius of our showroom (BB10 1DY)

Please keep in mind our drivers are only advised to drop to your address. There will be a assembly fee if this service is required.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, you need to contact their customer service team via email. They will guide you on how to return the product or arrange for a collection.
  4. Refunds: Once the item is returned and inspected, you will receive a full refund, minus any collection costs if their service is used.
  5. Cost of Returns:
  6. Collection Fee: If you opt for their collection service to handle the return, there is a £299 charge. This fee is deducted from your refund.
  7. Non-returnable Products: The policy specifies that items that are damaged, worn, or otherwise in non-resalable condition cannot be returned.
