We prioritise each order, ensuring that it receives our personal attention and is processed as swiftly as possible. If you have any special requests concerning delivery or your order, please contact us by email, and we will address your needs promptly.

Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Switch, and Solo through our shopping cart system, which is secured by a reliable server to protect your card details.

If your purchase is defective, you can return it for a full refund. Additionally, your purchase is protected under the full manufacturer's warranty. Please note, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage.

MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We strive to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition. If you find any items missing, damaged, or not as ordered, please reach out to our Customer Services Department within 72 hours of receipt at 01282 832336, or you can email sales@furniturelocal.co.uk.

Please be aware that all deliveries are contingent upon the clearance of funds and stock availability. Additionally, as delivery relies on third-party courier services, there are times when deliveries may be delayed. These delays often arise from circumstances beyond our control. Consequently, while we strive to adhere to promised delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for any losses incurred due to delayed shipments.
